The International Poetry Festival Europa in Versi, organized by the Association La Casa della Poesia di Como ODV, which is active in the dissemination of poetry linked to other forms of art, will reach its 15th edition in May and will be titled "Strange Days. Beyond the Algorithm: Humanity at the Center."

The Festival will focus on the role of AI in literary production and its implications for writers, readers, and the publishing industry, stimulating the public to explore new frontiers of artistic expression and reflect on the challenges posed by international geopolitics.

The advent of artificial intelligence raises fundamental questions about the nature of creativity and the very identity of the artist. Can a machine write poetry or a novel? And if so, what does it mean to be a poet and writer in the 21st century? The festival aims to address these questions, providing a stage for poets, writers, and artists who engage with the challenges and opportunities of this new era. A unique opportunity to reflect on our relationship with technology and the impact it has on our humanity.

The goal is to make complex themes accessible to the public, offering a rich and stimulating cultural experience, an unprecedented journey into the heart of creativity, where poetry meets artificial intelligence in a timely and captivating dialogue. Through the voices of internationally renowned poets and significant cultural figures, we will immerse ourselves in a stimulating debate that will lead us to rethink the role of words and art in contemporary society.
