Il tema del Festival Internazionale di Poesia Europa in versi 2023 \u00e8 \u201cLa felicit\u00e0 poetica\u201d, cio\u00e8, in relazione al momento attuale, la poesia come massima espressione della creativit\u00e0 e sublimazione delle migliori energie dell\u2019essere umano, ma anche come luogo privilegiato di una \u201cfelicit\u00e0 interiore\u201d raramente raggiungibile con altri mezzi.
